UPDATE: Turns out it is an error:
Original article:
Usually, I wouldn't bother writing about a Windows-only game bundle from Humble Bundle (why would I?), but The Humble Telltale Games Bundle seems to have a Linux game coming.
One of our Twitter followers pointed it out to me, so I got curious and took a look. It seems there is a Linux game coming, take a look at this section on the bundle:
Notice the little tux icon on the last one.
The bundles from Humble Bundle tend to add one or more games part way through, to get extra funding towards the end. So this isn't uncommon, but Telltale have no Linux games right now.
To make it clear, this could easily be an error of someone checking a box for Linux support by accident. However, we know Telltale have worked behind the scenes on a Linux port of Minecraft: Story Mode and The Walking Dead. Keep in mind both of those titles are already in the bundle, so it can't be either of those, which makes me suspicious.
So don't expect something big, as I honestly think it's an error, but I would love to be surprised.
QuoteIt is a generic graphic that we use for the "More games coming soon" section, which contains all of the icons. Sorry for the confusion!

Some you may have missed, popular articles from the last month:
All the games I'm actually interested in are in the lowest tier. None of them support Linux though so I guess I'll just save that dollar.

Well I bought the lowest tier anyway. Can always play with WINE.
Also today I bought Dungeon Warfare which is a Dungeon Keeper-style setting, pixel graphics, Tower Defense game and is currently at 75% off discount. Working for me on Linux. Lots of people giving it good reviews. So far, so good.

I think the only telltale game that shows the SteamOS icon is the first Walking Dead one, right? I think from one sale or another I probably already have all of them, but I've only played a little of the first one.

Well, out of curiosity I have just activated The Walking Dead: Season 1 from my recent $1 Tier purchase, and it has Mac and Windows, but no Linux install - and that includes under the Properties field on Steam client.

That's odd. I have it on steam under SteamOS+Linux section.
(PS : Also for dungeon keeper like stuff try War for the Overworld , Dungeons 2 or KeeperRL :) )

Very interesting. I just bought "The Walking Dead" and it only has Windows and Mac icons on Steam:

Noting from this very website GOL Waking Dead link that Walking Dead had a SteamDB Linux Depot, back in February 2017.
So, did they release it to Linux, and then pull it again due to Support or Stability issues (but allowed existing owners to keep it in their accounts)? Or maybe you have access to some sort of hidden beta programme? Is it still going to come to Linux - Anyone spotted SteamDB Depot activity?
Any news on the other Telltale games and whether they might be coming to Linux (eventually)?

I think i may have downloaded it earlier this year - been on Linux since late August 2016.
Maybe they pulled it after i downloaded it ?
Kinda weird they pulled support.

I wonder how difficult it is to port Telltale's games to Linux. Most of their games run on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS and they aren't exactly graphics-heavy. Considering how little replayability their games have, supporting one more platform (provided it doesn't cost too much) can't be a bad thing.
