Dust: An Elysian Tail released for Linux a few years ago and now GOG finally have the Linux version available too.
You could already get the DRM free version from Humble Store, but I know a lot of you love GOG and like to keep your game library in one place as much as possible.
The version from GOG thankfully includes a 64bit too, so no hunting down 32bit libs to install.
I still find it a little odd loading up a game and seeing a "Microsoft Studios" splash screen on Linux, a little amusing, but it's nice to know that Microsoft don't get in the way of ports for games they originally published. I tested out the GOG build and encountered no issues, truthfully I've never actually played Dust: An Elysian Tail before GOG themselves sent me a copy and wow, what a beautiful game!
The character design is amazing, I think Fidget might be the cutest character I've ever seen in a video game paired up with the great voice acting. The music is beautiful and I think I might be a little hooked. If you've also not checked it out before, be sure you do, like right now.

yeah, I do have this on humble, and yes I do like my games in one place, so I'll be purchasing this when it's on a good enough sale. but seriously GOG, give us Torchlight.

It's great game, I personally recommend it to any gamer.
There are great story, nice Fidget minion, and easy gameplay.
And it works good even on laptop's Celeron CPU without any discrete graphic card.
Runs wonderful in Ubuntu.
P.S.: I bought mine in Steam, while it was on sale.

In all your notes, I do not see the same level of dedication for itch.io as for GOG.
And itch.io is REALLY Linux friendly

You've got to be kidding. Nearly every article written on this site about itch.io screams its praise. Despite being a tiny store selling mostly indie games, everyone here raves about it, but you somehow you see "dedication" to GOG instead??

I'd classify itch.io as pro-linux, one step up from linux friendly.
To be non-linux-friendly, imo, they'd have to actively put in barriers to prevent non-supported games from downloading and/or running in linux (either via wine, dosbox or using an interpreter)

Anyone who does not know Linux, could believe that GOG is more "Linux friendly" than itch.io... but is not.
