Like me, if you've been eagerly waiting The Signal From Tölva [Steam, Official Site] for Linux, you may be in luck sometime soon as it looks like a Linux version is now in progress.
In their news post back in May, right at the bottom they stated:
That's a small something, by itself not massively interesting. It was then mentioned again in another news post from the 18th:
However, let me direct you to this tweet from yesterday which reads:
I've offered my hand at testing, but I do suggest not spamming the developer with offers since they haven't specifically requested any yet. Just sharing as usual for those who wanted an update on the game, but it is exciting news!

QuoteAnd yes, we'll look at Linux after that! :D
However, let me direct you to this tweet from yesterday which reads:
QuoteGood news: initial #SteamOS build of #Tolva works! Bad news: only at 0.3 FPS. Vague hope: could be duff video drivers.

Excellent. That one has been on my GOG wishlist for quite a while now.

Looks very interesting, I will however personally pass for now, as my graphics card died a few weeks ago, and I am considering a full upgrade, which won't happen very soon. Yet, I wish the best to the developer. 0.3 FPS is certainly not sounding ready for release, but at least it works :P
We love retrospectives on ports, it would be nice to have one.

Yup, instabuy. No idea what the game is about, but it looks like a weird mix of Destiny and Borderlands. I'm buying it immediately if they sort out a Linux release. Pretty exciting!
[EDIT: Just noticed that these are the same guys behind Sir, You are being Hunted, which was a lot of fun.]

Excellent! This is one of those games I've been pretty interested in but had to stop reading and watching videos about out of just too much disappointment in not getting to play it; looks like I will get that chance soon after all! :D
