Need more ways to kill the infected? Dying Light's [Steam] free 'Content Drop #1' is now available with brand new weapons and more.
There's three new weapons and each of them need you to complete a bounty to get them.
Here's the lowdown on each of them:
New Axe – Fenris
Bounty: Bloodlust
Fenris gains bonus damage for the next swing whenever it cuts off an opponent’s limb, which makes it perfect for fighting a stronger enemy accompanied by a group of weaker ones. Just cut off a weaker enemy’s leg and gain additional power to attack the tough guy.
New Knife – Kuai Dagger
Bounty: Rise of the Phoenix
A very light knife made of jade. It fits the hand so well and weights so little that it allows the runner to reach their maximum speed. Simply string parkour moves together to get an incremental speed boost.
New Revolver – Last Wish
Bounty: Ace in the Hole
What makes the Last Wish special is her final shot mechanic. Land consecutive headshots to increase the firepower of your bullets. Score five headshots in a row for a massive 6th shot.
I absolutely love the game, even though the ending to the first part (without the expansion) was a stupid QTE, the overall gameplay is more than worth it.
Techland are updating the game with 10 new free content updates over a 12 month period. On top of that, you can claim a free special weapon through their new store.

Hmm, I love "Dying Light" but I certainly hope that the rest of these downloads has something more worthwhile, like new story content or some kind of random mission generator or something similar to really sink your teeth into.

The download was only 1GB for me.
FYI Archlinux + Mesa is a no-go with this one :(

I use arch and nvidia and I can run it. I read somewhere that DL now runs on mesa too but don't know where.
Yeah it runs fine on a NVidia sporting arch install. It's only with mesa it won't run. I've been trying to track down the issue, but without the sourcecode it's more akin to an unwanted S&M session.
