That's right, even though we don't know what their last Linux port hint was about, Feral Interactive have begun teasing another new Linux port.

Here's the new teaser:

"O VAIN ILLUSION OF GLORY AND GRANDEUR"

It's worth noting, that this is in the outermost section of their radar, in the "Quite soon" section, so it could be a few months away yet.

It's really great to see more Linux ports pop up on their radar, after they've been a little quiet recently. We at least know they now have another two titles planned for Linux — exciting!

You can find the teaser on their port radar here. Any thoughts on what it might be?

How about Dishonored 2? (probably not, just throwing some different guesses into the pot)

Waited for so long for the latest TR port, but this seems to be a wish fulfilled.

If it's RotTR I'll buy it in a heartbeat.
This and Shadow of war are my most anticipated games.

Wow, is this the first time we actually solved the Feral's riddle? Unfortunately, they don't explain the logic behind them even after the release, but this one looks really convincing.
nope, we did it once before and they confirmed it.
(at least once)

Pretty much all of them have been figured out ahead of time, if not (seemingly) as conclusive as this one.

If it is Tomb Raider after an easy guess, then that could indicate that the release is imminent.

That's unlikely, the port's hint is marked as "Quite Soon" which is the third, and most distant, category of upcoming ports in the radar.

One of their big releases (Deus Ex maybe?) showed up in the outer ring and then was released about 10 days later.

All signs point to Rise of the Tomb Raider, which would be fine. I'm trying to figure out a way how those clues could point to the newly announced Nioh port to PC.

Could be Nier Automata but most likely will be Tomb Raider

While I wouldn't mind if it were Tomb Raider, I think it goes against Feral's strategy. TR is in the humble monthly which quite some Linux (and Mac) gamers are subscribed to. So it would mean less sales for them. Assassin's Creed would make them more money I believe.

I'm gonna hold off on activating my key until Feral lets this one loose, for exactly that reason.

Unless maybe they release the port by the end of the week and get their share?

Same, I have the 12m subscription but I specifically didn't activate the key waiting for Feral. I'd rather buy the anniversary edition once it's ported and give the monthly key to a friend or family member who uses Windows.

Oh, I'd like to read about that. For instance, "deep charge" is still a mystery for me. All I remember is that people usually name the games they want to be ported or if they saw the depots on SteamDB. Probably I haven't followed those threads long enough for the answer to really surface...

Picture has a guy with a beard. Guess what game has dudes with beards? Skyrim. So, it's Skyrim and you can cite me as a reputable source.

To hell with that, it's time to admit that the game in question is Delve Deeper (because it has dudes with beards). That's what everyone wants!

Spoiler, click me
Or it could be A Game of Dwarves. Also dudes. Also beards.

NICE, once this happens I will buy RotTR, I really liked the first one even thought I didn't finish it (50%), it was great. I did have performance issues at the time in certain areas because I insist on running 4k on my FuryX which is really pushing it (some areas run 20fps despite what the benchmark might claim).

I expected to have a Vega64 by now but the release is a mess and no ITX variants in sight, so it looks like I wait for Navi or a significant pricedrop on the 1080ti Mini card. So a long wait..... (this is one of main reasons why I have stopped buying games for Linux as of late, I need my hardware to support 4k@60fps more consistently, and atm it struggles)

It's not your PC, it's the port. I'm running a Fury at 1440p and played this game on Windows back when it came out. Actually I think I had just a R9 290X back then, but the game was butter smooth no matter what. On Linux, there are performance issues in big open areas and whenever there is a big smoke pillar visible on the screen. Those issues are not present on the Windows version.

Also played RotTR before ditching Windows. Fury at 1440p with very high graphics using DX12 and Freesync. No performance issues and the game looked absolutely gorgeous. One of the best looking games to date in my opinion.
