A little later covering this, but it happens. The super destruction-heavy shooter Brigador: Up-Armored Edition [GOG, Steam] updated recently with new missions.
They even made a little trailer for the update:

Here's a list of what they added recently:
- Added 'E' campaign mission set
- Added vehicle horns (press 'H')!
- Added the Pantry Boy as a playable vehicle
- Extended ammo pickup timers on destroyed vehicles
- Added new explosion effects for all neon lights
- Additional visual & balance changes
If you love shooters and you're a fan of tearing through a city destroying everything in your path, then do not pass up on Brigador. I'm still surprised by how few people have picked it up, the graphics and destruction together make for a really great stress-reducing experience.
It's available on GOG (on sale 55% off) and Steam.

Hah ! I thought it was a new, new update.
Excellent game, great devs, go and buy it, play it, talk about it.

Oh bummer. When I read "new update" I thought to myself "Another new update? Even after the "all saints update"? Oh well, cannot be helped. :)
This game is awesome. I just wish more people would buy this game and play this. This developer needs to be supported. Every time I play this I know that this experience would not have been the same if they had used a proprietary engine. Fortunately they made their own and this made the game so much better.
