Train Station Simulator [Steam, Official Site] is a station building a management game currently in Early Access, the developer seems keen to do a Linux version too.
As a big fan of simulation and management games, this caught my interest thanks to a user who emailed it in. It's currently in Early Access and hasn't been for long, so it's still quite early-on.

From the Steam post, it doesn't like they're ready just yet, but they do seem quite keen. It looks like it may be worth posting in the Steam post to let them know if you're keen to see it support Linux.
About the game:
Train Station Simulator is a station builder and manager game. Be a creative engineer by planning flooring tiles, building walls and creating emergency routes.
Be a creative engineer by planning flooring tiles, building walls and installing dozens of public space related objects and facilities.
Open your favorite restaurants and cafés and hire your staff for a more reliable operating system. Deploy all major public transportation.
The demand for rail travel is evident: setup the complete timetable for your hub and never ran a train off the track by employing system engineers.
You can also wishlist it on Steam, to let the developer know you're interested. Remember, if you set your platform preference on Steam to only Linux, developers will see it.
Though the only thing that I want at this point is an expanded version of OpenTTD with a different engine that allows for more fluid track building, an actual underground system and people and cars (though it doesn't have to be as in-depth as Cities: Skylines). Though OpenTTD made a lot of headway compared to the original Transport Tycoon.
