Feral Interactive, the absolute monster when it comes to big Linux game ports is asking what you want to see again.
You all know Feral by now, they've ported HITMAN, F1 2017, Mad Max, Dawn of War III, Life is Strange, XCOM, XCOM 2, DiRT Rally and many more seriously good games to Linux. On top of that, they still have an existing teaser up that they haven't yet announced, all we know is that it's coming to Linux.
On Twitter, they asked this recently:
It’s a New Year full of new possibilities! If you could only have one new game for macOS, Linux or mobile in 2018, which one would it be? And why? We can’t promise that your dreams will come true, but the best answers will star in our email newsletter.
Naturally, Feral lurk in our comments, so feel free to post here as well as I'm sure they will be taking note.
For me personally, I would like a new open-world game that I can travel around and sink plenty of hours into. Something to allow time to fade away and forget about all lifes problems.
So—what do you want Feral to bring to Linux next?

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.
It´s an highly demanded game (see Steam Charts). It also would be a big gain for linux-gaming at all.

GTA V.
We need a "Killer-AAA-Game" for Linux. And GTA V would be one.

Ok. I know. Beth games are about as likely to happen as world peace.
More realistic choice:
Rise of the Tomb Raider. Don't even ask me why that's not ported yet.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.

Fortnite's battle royale is picking up a lot of steam, so getting it on Linux while it's still on the rise would be a good choice. And probably a better chance that the devs for that will show interest in a port.
Quoting: Feral InteractiveIf you could only have one new game for macOS, Linux or mobile in 2018, which one would it be?
Realistically, I'd have to pick a game from one of the publishers that Feral already works with. This excludes The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, given CD Projekt's The Witcher 2 was ported by Virtual Programming et al. From the publishers that Feral actually works with (2K, SEGA, Warner Bros., Codemasters or Square Enix), I'd pick one of the Batman games, Batman: Arkham City or Batman: Arkham Asylum.
A smarter pick might be something from a big publisher that Feral is not yet working with. Then, if a first game works out, other titles from that new publisher could potentially arrive for Linux. I'll ignore games that aren't on Windows (Bloodborne, The Last of Us, Journey, Red Dead Redemption, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves). My pick would then be Skyrim, because then Linux has a link with publisher Bethesda, which means their other games (e.g. Fallout 3) are also more likely to arrive. By the same reasoning, smart picks might be stuff from EA (e.g. Mass Effect 3 (and 2) or Dead Space), Ubisoft (e.g. Assassin's Creed II) and Bandai Namco (e.g. Dark Souls).
Quoting: Feral InteractiveAnd why?
For the Batman games: Feral is already in touch with the publisher, the games have gotten good reviews from both critics and gamers, Linux is relatively short on AAA games, it's a well-known brand/hero, and they look like games I'd enjoy playing.
For Skyrim: Feral might be a big enough player to persuade Bethesda to allow porting to Linux, it would open the door for having Fallout 4 and other future Creation Engine games on Linux, the game received critical acclaim, it's on everything (including Nintendo Switch) so let's add Linux (and macOS) to the list, and I'm ready to play another open world game.
Oh, and the Batman Arkham series, or at least the first two, which are the best ones in the series anyway.

My vote for the 5 current minutes would be a Hatsune Miku/Vocaloid title.
Reasons:
- We really need some happy, go lucky games, once in a while.
- It shouldn't be too difficult to port and is probably not too demanding on ressources.
- I don't think any of them is on windows yet.
- We don't have many rythm game on Linux (fighting games are also scarce).
- Feral seem to already be in good relation with Sega.
- As timing is soo important in that kind of games, this is the perfect opportunity for the feral team to fine tune there expertise on latencies in the Linux pipeline.
Quoting: BlodofferPUBG.
For all those millions of Chinese players with pirated Windows 7.
At first it sounds funny but if chinese players learn that you don't need a pirated Windows to play PUBG then I see lots of new Linux users and therefore lots of new customers for new Feral Linux ports.

The Witcher 3
Shadow Warrior 2
Fallout 4
DOOM
Divinity Original Sin 2
Legend of Grimrock 2
Elders Scrolls Online
Elder Scrolls Skyrim
This set is also high preference for me, but a little more "good for the Linux community" rather than just me.
Grand Theft Auto V
Wolfenstein 1a, 1b, 2
Dragon's Dogma
Dishonored 1 and 2
They Are Billions
PUBG
Battlefield One
Assassin's Creed Origins
Nier Automata
Cuphead
Street Fighter V
Middle Earth: Shadow of War
Outlast 2
Dark Souls 1,2,3
Killing Floor 2
Borderlands
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Elite Dangerous
Fallout 3
Fallout New Vegas
The Technomancer
Homeworld Remastered 1 and 2
Batman
Generally any AAA type game, particularly popular ones, will be great for Linux. Also any good Indie Game (stuff like Hollow Knight, but like that title many of the good indie games are already on Linux. Yey!)
Actually I like to see Dragonball Xenoverse 2 and Dragonball FighterZ on Linux as well.

I'd love to have this ported to linux
Witcher 3 - Why? Because it would give us a chance to show that we have matured as a platform and would not have same reaction as when the Witcher 2 was released on our platform. Also, like Skyrim, it is a 3D open world game, and Linux does not have many of those.
Stories Untold
Endless Legend
South Park: The Fractured But Whole
Resident Evil 7
Please and thank you.
EDIT: I forgot about Call of Cthulhu!
