Xenomarine [Steam, itch.io], the early access sci-fi dungeon crawler has been updated again, it's not a huge update but it's a fun one.

For those who are big fans of the Alien films (like me), Xenomarine is a damn fun dungeon crawler. Every update makes the game more exciting and more feature-filled.

This small update has added the ability for aliens to come through the floor, there's 10 new high-level weapons including new alien weapons, a sniper rifle and void laser. On top of that, it also adds in three new assault missions: 'breach from below', 'drone virus' and 'plant life'.

See the full changelog on their official devblog.

Anyone tried it lately, what are your thoughts? I'm looking forward to seeing Xenomarine as a finished game as it's already rather great.

Well I guess watching corners won't help if they come through the floor though?

It's a line from the film Aliens, it's just meant as a joke.
