Those waiting for the awesome new Linux port of RUINER from GOG will be happy, as it just landed with a discount too. If you pick it up now you can get 50% off.

Just be aware the current Linux build available on GOG is not their usual installer, but instead a rather large (14GB) tar.gz file. I understand that their normal installer package is coming as well.

Not much else to say that I haven't said before about it. I think it's brutal, action packaged and pretty damn awesome.

Sin will be livestreaming it on our Twitch channel tonight, so you can come say hi.

Grab it on GOG now. Alternatively it's also in the Humble Monthly and Steam.

The Ruiner devs are awesome. In the end they kept all their promises. To show my appreciation, I bought another copy on gog ;)

Heard a bit about this game, didn't really care, but GOG + native Linux version? Well that changes things.

Just got home from work and this is the best thing to happen today, downloading it right now :-)

I bought it on GOG too. Already have it on Steam, but i prefer to have it DRM-FREE. My favourite game right now.

Hope to see Strafe on GOG soon...

DRM FREE + LINUX +50% discount and a 1.91€ gift on the shop!

I thought it would remain on Steam, but Devolver heard us, and it's a pretty good surprise!

Instabuy for me.

Sold! If I love it, I'll buy it on Steam later too :)

Interestingly, that's one of the rare cases when delayed Linux release on GOG results in their front page announcement: https://www.gog.com/news/release_ruiner

Where are there supposed to be intro videos? I don't think I got any, but I'm not sure where they are supposed to be.

Actually bought it this time, thanks for the discount (it is rather unusual: more often than not devs seem to take delight in adding Linux version just after a promo ends in order to further piss Linux users off). :)

It's interesting to see many of you tend to buy games twice nowadays to show appreciation. Have you thought of just gifting the 2nd copy to someone who can't afford it?

Just for the reference, apparently developers know about this bug with videos, and they are working on the fix.
