I'm a big fan of the Borderlands games so I hope this theory is true.
Feral already ported the first Borderlands but just for Mac.
Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel were ported to Linux by Aspyr.

There's an upcoming game (currently in early access) with the title "Angels Fall First". [link to steam page] -- though I'm not sure if Feral's likely to announce early access indie titles on their radar.

There also exists a platformer called 'Pandemonium' from the mid-90s. I guess that's unlikely as well.

I hope it isn't. I bought Bayonetta 2 for the Seitch, and it came with the digital version of the first game, and I can't even find myself playing it unless I was really bored. It is kind of a shit game.

I would bet a new Postal Game. The city in it is literally called Paradise Lost.

I also came to the conclusion that it should be Hellblade. It seems a bit too obvious, though, but I can't find another way to connect the word "pandemonium" to a certain game. In Hellblade, Senua atually travels to the nordic hell (Helheim) to defeat Hela, which is kind of the nordic equivalent of Satan/Lucifer.

Another indicator is that both Feral and Ninjia Theory (the developers and publishers of the game) are UK-based. Feral usually has good connections within the UK game developing scene (for example with creative assembly in Horsham or square enix europe in London, Codemasters in Southam, ...). Also it's a recent AAA title with positive reviews and a lot of linux requests.

The game is also developed with Unreal Engine, which should make the porting not too hard.

For example, last time it was a Garibaldi biscuit and one would have to guess that the Arcadia Bay area of Life Is Strange was influenced by an actual town in Oregon called Garibaldi. The game actually doesn't have anything to do with biscuits.
This can also mean that the teased game has nothing to do with hell and/or apocalyptic settings. As I pointed out earlier, "Pandemonium" is also a famous rollercoaster, so it could as well mean they're porting planet coaster or whatever.

I just summarized various facts (e.g. UK-based cooperation between Feral and Ninja Theory, use of Unreal Engine, some kind of mythological underworld setting) which in my opinion fit together well to bet on Hellblade.

In this case both hints, the painting and "proud seat of Lucifer" point to "Pandemonium" (it is the name of the painting and the proud seat of Lucifer in the mentioned epic poem "Paradise Lost"). I have, however, not yet found a really good link between any game and that word...my guess with Hellblade was because Senua actually goes into the "hell" of her mythology to save the soul of her lover. The name "Hela" I used, because it's her name in the game...I don't know much about nordic mythology :D

In that Feral radar - As well as the Garibaldi clue, there was also the quote clue: "It's just a shot away" which appears in Rolling Stones' song 'Gimme Shelter'. One song inspiration was that people were scurrying for shelter from a rain storm. The game suggestion : Life Is Strange: Before The Storm - was successfully guessed based on that clue, by qptain Nemo.

Meanwhile, another little comment based on your observation: John Milton's Paradise Lost is something of the theme of the whole clue... and "What is John Milton famous for?"

Paradise Lost is regarded as the greatest "epic" poem in English. Taking it a bit less literally, does this hint suggest that the game might be related to "Epic Games"? Maybe - Fortnite ? Hehe!

Shitty opinion, most people consider Bayonetta to be a good game, myself included. It might not be your cup of tea but again, just your opinion.

Well, I've only experienced playing it on the Nintendo Switch, where the graphics are buggy, and it seems you literally just mash buttons until everything is dead. And it just sort of drops you in the middle of the story, like no background or anything. I'm guessing it's based on an Anime? Also most of which isn't really my cup of tea. It's the equivalent of playing the single player game of Street Fighter V. Some dialog, fight, some dialog, fight, etc.
