Little Bug [Official Site, Steam] seems to be one I completely missed, an adventure platformer with some striking art that was funded on Fig and it's coming to Linux this summer. It's not your traditional platformer either, which is what really managed to catch my attention.
It sounds like a rather nice game, with a twin-stick control system where you control a little girl called Nyah and her companion spirit at the same time. The spirit can swing Nyah around, break down barriers and so on creating an interesting gameplay mechanic.
Sadly, the latest gameplay trailer is only available on their Steam page. From what it shows, it does look pretty wild.
Get Nyah Home: Nyah is walking home from school when she's suddenly cast into an uncanny world where dangerous spirits linger restlessly in bottomless canyons, icy caves and moonlit deserts. Play as Nyah and her spirit light in tandem as you immerse yourself in this foreboding, atmospheric landscape.
Simple Controls, Complex Gameplay: Nyah is grounded and her light can fly - you control them both at the same time. Use their telekinetic beam to create a powerful connection that can swing Nyah to new heights, destroy barriers, thwart spirits and light the way to secret locations.
Due out sometime this August. They said on their Fig page, that Linux will have a same-day release too, so that's fantastic.
Hat tip to NuSuey.
Quoting: buckysrevengeAccording to their latest campaign update (2 days ago), it's scheduled for August. https://www.fig.co/campaigns/little-bug/updates/709Woops, not sure how I missed that bit, too focused on Linux info ;)
