There's quite a lot of sales and stuff going on right now, so I'm going to cram some into one article to give you an extra scoop with sprinkles and all.

Firstly, head on over to Humble Store to grab a free copy of Shadowrun Returns Deluxe. Note: You do need to be subscribed to their newsletter to get it and it's only going on for 48 hours.

Fanatical are doing a "Red Hot Sale" with tons of good Linux games and if you use the code RED10 they also add another 10% discount for you. It would be worth checking Fanatical for any of the Steam sales when using the extra code, to see if you can save some money, which is why I'm mentioning it before diving into some choice picks.

Of course, the Steam Summer Sale is also on. The Steam store is running pretty slow right now, so do keep that in mind. Here's a few picks from there, games I think you should try:

Of course there's so much more, I have to stop a list somewhere that's just ten random picks of games I genuinely like.

No good prices on anything I really care to own. I will buy a token game though, but can't decide between Firewatch and Finding Paradise. I will buy them both at some point, so cheaper Firewatch seems like a better deal right now.

Absolutely recommend getting Streets of Rogue. So much fun!

Just noting that the free Shadowrun Returns: Deluxe on Humble store gives you a steam key, which can be claimed until 15th July, and then if unused it expires. The Deluxe version will upgrade the regular version with some extra content - I did it and the extra DLC was added to my regular game (which I already owned).

Mostly just looking at a couple Stellaris DLC this year, but I admit Streets of Rogue is tempting. Either that or the base game for Cities Skylines, but that goes on sale about 15 times a year anyway, so it's hardly a rush.

Will definitely get The Long Dark and the Rise and Fall expansion for Civ VI (not the best price here but hey..) ...and then 2-3 old games (jagged alliance 2 comes to mind for some reason...etc)

Also, Liam, grats on the 9k followers on twitter. Please do not forget the over 9k meme when the number stabilises above the threshold (you promised!!!11).

You can get a Steam Link for $2.50. Insane.

Pretty much everything on my wishlist is on sale, but I'm not playing anything lately so I guess I'll wait until next year. Thanks for the Shadowrun tip, though, I wasn't sure I wanted to buy into that franchise and now I don't have to take a gamble on it ^^

I'd say it's worth it at the current price. Very comfy game :)

Anyone had any lucky running Dying Light EE?
Mesa override trick start the black screen with white progress bar at the bottom but after bar fills it CTD. In the game logs it seems that doesn't detect vram, same on Dead Island DE, the engine is probably broke for Mesa 18 and above, I wouldn't recommend to buy if your graphics card is AMD or Mesa version is >= 18 :(

I thought I got it cheap when it was $15; crazy! I guess they are shifting focus to software versions of it, like the Android and (rejected by Apphole) iOS versions.

Most of the four hundred wishlist items are on sale, with lots of 75%+ discounts. I plan on dropping a lot of cash on this sale.
I picked up Knock, Knock for two dollars, and that spooky adventure game looks pretty good so far!
Some bigger names that I will be picking up are Turok, Everspace, Transistor, and Shadow Warrior, which are all 75% off.

Picked up Steamworld Heist and Midboss.
Had a go at both, def worthy purchases.
Nezchan Jun 22, 2018
Now that I'm looking at my wishlist, I think that this is a really good opportunity to finally pick up The Mooseman and Lumini, only about CDN$5 for the pair.

Between the give-aways at GoG and Humble Bundle, winning contests at Gaming On Linux, and people giving keys away in forums, I've gotten so many free games in the past 12-months that I'm finding it difficult to justify spending money on new games.
