Scrunk [Steam] is a 2D online team-based building and raiding game that recently release with Linux support, it's surprisingly fun too and we have a few keys to give away.

It had a free weekend with the release and we did a livestream where we had a lot of fun. It has some interesting ideas

About:

Fortify your team's base with traps, walls, barbed wire and turrets to ensure your core block is protected at all times from incoming raiders.

Scavenge scrap from mechs and world events to craft explosives, bombs and guns to destroy the enemy's core block.

Dodge blast-zones or wait around to collect the scrap left behind. Fight off hordes of skitterers and shoot drones out of the sky to scavenge them for loot and scrap.

How do I get a key?

  • Giveaway is open to all existing registered users - new users will have to wait for the next giveaway.
  • Simply note your interest clearly in the comments.
  • Keys will be given out tomorrow evening around 8PM UTC.

Even if you don't win a key, it's a pretty cheap game with a usual price of £5.79 and it has 15% off right now too. Find it on Steam.

Sort of strategy FPS game where you build a base to defend yourself against other players online. I guess it gives you quite a challenge, it looks pretty intense! I don't know what to expect from it yet! :D

Hello everybody and a special thank to Liam for always sharing the freebies with us and keeping this site up.
I would be interested in getting a key to try-out this fast paced bullet-hell which reminds me battlefield but from a top-down perspective.
A shiny summer to everybody and the best for the Linux platform!

I'm always down for a free Linux game. :) Looks like it should run on my old ThinkPad too, so that's a plus. Count me in for a key. :)

I'm interested in a key. Was coding a multiplayer top-down game for fun and will gladly see how's their lag compensation working. Mine sucked.
