The rather good jet-combat game Hyperspace Dogfights to get a juicy free update next month

Hyperspace Dogfights impressed me when I took a look at it back in May and development is set to continue with a free content update next month.

The Hyperspace Dogfights: Realspace update is due around September 13th and the developer said it will be adding in:

• Over 40 new items for your jet
• Controller support
• Improved 4k monitor support
• Optional item tooltips for more clarity
• Many small quality of life tweaks

I'm quite looking forward to the update, since it's a game I happily go back to when I want something that's easy to jump into and take out some stress. The control scheme feels fantastic, with the sick moves you can pull off as you fly across the screen, it's a damn fun experience overall.
