GOG are doing another ridiculously big sale and this time around it will have special "Flash Deals" every single hour. I won't note any of those, as it's a bit pointless of course, you will just have to keep checking to see if anything takes your fancy.

As expected there's some quality Linux gaming deals to be had, here's a few picks:

Also, GOG Connect, the service that allows you to link your Steam account to GOG add games to your library there also has new titles available. Current Linux titles include Knights of Pen and Paper +1 Edition and Toonstruck with more on the way as the week goes on.

Their sale ends September 10th, 10 pm UTC. You can see all Linux titles filtered on sale here.

It's pretty crazy how often some fantastic titles go on sale, almost every single month some of the best Linux games available have a big discount on them. Seems like every store is just looking for an excuse to one up another on discounts lately. Good for our wallets of course!

Usual reminder—see all their Linux sales and more on our dedicated Sales Page.

Nothing extraordinary for now, but perhaps some surprises will come.

So many discounts, might buy a few games for DXVK use. Elex is particularly inviting.

I suggest all the RPG fans to buy ELEX: 20 € for not less than 65 hours of old school gameplay is a bargain. It works like a charm under wine + DXVK. The game is not for all, has more than a rough edge here and there, and is absolutely not an action RPG: you don't level up killing enemies, but resolving quests. In fact in the first 20 hours of gameplay you'll avoid combat, but I finished the game becoming a killing machine, and that was very satisfying (finally the revenge for all those stupid deaths!!!)

I'm gonna pass. Not want to spend money on a store with a lousy Linux support, esp. after what happened over the last weeks with crippled and pulled games. Bad patch support. Still no Galaxy! Must be the complicated like hell, to get it ported /sarcasm off.

Yooka-laylee looks very tempting at the flash sale price for an Ultimate/Rare fan like me. But, then, so does Jade Empire, as adamhm's wrappers work like a charm.

If you like the look of Two Point Hospital but - like me - are a bit strapped for cash, you can pick up the original Theme Hospital assets to use with CorsixTH for practically nothing. (1GBP in the UK. If I dug around down the back of the sofa, even I could probably scrape that much together.)

I don't have any of the new GOG Connect games, but I'm hoping some will turn up over the course of the week. I really like that scheme.

Quoting: GuestI wonder if GOG makes stats for Windows games bought on Linux and shares that with the publishers… Or if they just count downloads.

They collect stats, but there is no info on what they share.
