The Humble One Special Day Bundle just went live and it has two rather nice native Linux games available. Others may work with Valve's Steam Play.

For the native Linux games, you will be able to grab OlliOlli2: Welcome to Olliwood in the $1 tier which by itself is a pretty great deal. You will also find Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition if you pay more than the average. Not a lot of native titles this time, hopefully their next game bundle will be a step up for us…

For those looking to test some titles in Valve's Steam Play, there's a number of other games included. I checked over the reports on them and it seems Crazy Taxi, Binary Domain and Stronghold Crusader 2 should work reasonably well. As always though, your experience may vary.

The bundle is supporting the UK-based SpecialEffect charity, one that helps people with disabilities enjoy video games so it's a really nice cause too.

Check out the bundle here if you're interested.

Normally I would just say no, but for $1 I could add Crazy Taxi which goes back to Sega Dreamcast to my Steam Machine for TV play, that's a pretty decent throwback.

Here's a olli olli 2 key, already have it

Crazy Taxi works flawlessly out of the box with Proton. Can't remember where, but I got my copy for free years ago.

I've just bought it for Crazy Taxi which I played this summer in arcade with my kids. Yeah !
If you buy it too, make sure to patch it with the analog patch and the original music patch as described here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=964260789

It works well in Proton with the patch.

Streets of Rage is a part of SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics which has a Linux version (but only Windows logo on its Steam store page for some reason).
