Ahead of the Steam sale today, both GOG and Humble are getting in early to beat the crowds falling over themselves to get the latest game on Steam. Come in, sit down, have a look at what's on offer. Just mind the cobwebs.
Naturally, there's plenty of Linux games on offer with both stores having quite a different selection. Especially since a lot of the bigger titles aren't on GOG.

Worth noting the Humble Monthly has HITMAN, 7 Days to Die and Hollow Knight too. With 7 Days due a pretty huge update sometime soon that looks really good and it will apparently get Vulkan support too.
Also, Humble just put up a Java book bundle if that's your thing.

I have had some luck in the past with directly emailing developers about GOG builds. In both instances, they ended up available on GOG within the following week.
Disclaimer: Minor indie devs. I'm not so sure how well that would pan out with bigger studios.
