This is a rather interesting one, it's not exactly a game but it piqued my curiosity for how relaxing it looks.

It's called FlowScape, it allows you to paint landscapes with various animals, trees, rocks and all sorts with high resolution models and the end result is insane. It also gives you the ability to mess with the lighting, camera and loads more.

Take a look at how cool it looks:

While I've no doubt there's plenty of other similar tools, not many make it look so effortless. The thing is, the developer isn't aiming to compete with anything like Blender, their main aim with FlowScape is just to allow you to paint some seriously cool scenes without knowing the technical details of modelling software.

Absolutely love things like this! Going to have to keep an eye on this one to see what else the developer adds into it. They're already planning to add in man-made structures, terrain painting, roads and paths and so on.

If the experience looks like something you might enjoy, you can find it on itch.io.

Nice. Wonder if we can export scenes. Would make it hugely useful for planet creation / surfacing.

Can the scenes you make with this be used in your own game projects?
