Two bits of NVIDIA news for you today, not only have they released a new stable driver, they've also put out their latest GPU with the GTX 1660.
First up, the new stable driver 418.43 is out which you can find here. It follows on from the 418.30 beta driver, released last month. The big new feature of the driver is initial support for G-SYNC Compatible monitors! So those of you with a FreeSync monitor should be able to use it (if you weren't already using the beta driver).
This new driver also adds in support for the just released GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, the GeForce RTX 2070 with Max-Q Design and the GeForce RTX 2080 with Max-Q Design. There's also NVIDIA optical flow support, NVIDIA Video Codec SDK 9.0, support for stereo presentation in Vulkan and more.
As for bug fixes, it sorts out an issue with visual corruption on some Vulkan titles (with DXVK specifically mentioned). On top of that, there's fixes for other OpenGL and Vulkan issues as well as some general cleaning up and installer improvements.
The brand new GeForce GTX 1660 Ti is also interesting news that's available now. It's based on the Turing architecture with 1536 CUDA Cores, a base clock of 1500 MHz with a boost up to 1770 MHz as standard and 6GB GDDR6 VRAM. You can learn more about that here.

Quoting: jensFor the people that already use this driver, is this one on pair with 415.22.05 regarding Vulkan support? Does this driver e.g. knows the VK_KHR_depth_stencil_resolve extension?
aye it does:
vulkaninfo |grep depth_stencil
VK_KHR_depth_stencil_resolve : extension revision 1

Thanks a lot for grepping this! I guess I'm starting to understand how NVidia branches :). My guess is that the Vulkan enhancements of 418.31.03 (and other following point release) will then appear in the next major or minor stable release but not in another stable 418.31 release.
