Littlewood from developer Sean Young arrived on Steam in Early Access today and it looks like a very promising and peaceful RPG. Funded thanks to the help of nearly four thousand people on Kickstarter, Littlewood is set after the world has been saved and you're the hero tasked with rebuilding a town.

While the trailer below is from the original Kickstarter, it's still the most up to date one:

I've reached out to the developer about a review key, we should hopefully have some kind of thoughts up on it in future. The original demo was quite nice and it's expanded a lot since they so it could be a good one. You can still try the older demo right here.

There's no getting around how it's quite a bit like Stardew Valley though, which is due to both games being inspired by Animal Crossing and so it's to be expected. However, Littlewood has a very different graphical style and the gameplay from the demo did feel different enough.

You can find it on Steam.

I wonder if they're planning to sell the full version on Itch.io as well when the full version is finished, or just abandon the platform in favour of Steam.
