It's not just Steam doing a big event at the moment, as both Humble Store and GOG just released two new sales events.
First up we have the DRM-Freedom Sale from Humble Store and as the name suggests, all games included have DRM-free builds available. For those of you who like to make sure you get a Steam key and a proper DRM-free backup, you can find some sweet Linux gaming deals inside like:
- Rogue Legacy - 80% off
- Prison Architect - 75% off
- Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime - 60% off
- SteamWorld Dig 2 - 50% off
- Freedom Planet - 50% off
- Vaporum - 50% off
- Owlboy - 30% off
There's loads more, it's a pretty long list of great games worth looking at. Humble also just released the Open Source Bookshelf book bundle, which I'm sure some of you might find interesting.
On the other side of the pond we have GOG, who just revealed a Canada Day sale to showcase games made in Canada and a sale of games made in the USA to celebrate their upcoming Independence Day.
With so many sales going, you've got a lot of options to prevent boredom this July.
Quoting: torhamWould buy Gang Beasts but not sure it's actually DRM-Free despite being part of a DRM-Free sale.
It is clearly stated that it's available as a DRM free download.
