Sometimes you just can't beat the classics, if you feel like that and love the old Atari games this is for you.

The Atari Vault, said to be the "ultimate collection" of titles across old Atari systems includes around 100 games with the base package. It includes online and local Steam leaderboard support, online multiplayer, Steam Controller support and more wrapped in an easy to use interface.

A few days ago, developer Code Mystics and Atari dropped a big DLC for it which includes 50 additional classics. Some of the games included are quite rare to find too with 14 vintage Atari arcade games from the 70's, 16 Atari 5200 titles, 12 Atari 2600 games from M Network, and 8 prototype and limited-edition homebrew games for the Atari 2600.

With the release of Steam's Remote Play Together feature, this could be even more fun since only one person would need to own a copy to then let others join in.

I am going to assume this is also in anticipation of the Atari VCS?

Will have to check it out, though I have an actual 5200 I can play on.
