The second full expansion to Tangledeep is out, adding in amongst other things some super powerful boss monsters for you to test your abilities against. Note: DLC provided by GOG.

If you've not yet tried Tangledeep, you're honestly missing a really good roguelike. It's colourful and inviting, easy enough to understand and yet there's plenty of complexity to it to reward players who stick with it and progress far into it.

Dawn of Dragons is a surprisingly expansive DLC! While the big inclusions for regular adventurers are the new super-powerful bosses to face off against, there's tons of additions to other parts of the game too. New weapon types, a new crafting NPC, a bunch of new monsters, new magical enhancements for equipment, new art, a bunch of new music and so on.

Some of the new boss creatures in Dawn of Dragons are absolutely mental too, you really need to know exactly what you're doing and have some top equipment. For a turn-based game, Tangledeep battles sure can get exciting and heated often.

Tangledeep just keeps getting better. I already enjoyed it a lot, even with just the base game there's a ton of content to play through and the character customization system lets you build whatever class you really want. Love the pet system too, although all mine hate me as I keep letting their health get too low…

There's just so much to Tangledeep it really is worth trying and when you're ready this DLC is a great addition.

Available from GOG, Humble Store and Steam.
