Horizon Chase Turbo, one of the absolute best retro-throwback racers to have have released in a long time just got a bit more accessible to play.

Aquiris Game Studio have released a free Rookie Series DLC that's perfect for younger players or anyone really struggling to get to grips with the racer. Really nice to see developers think about making their games more accessible like this. It even comes with a brand new Rookie vehicle, that's a lot easier to handle.

It doesn't just give you an easier car though. It has it's own Rookie Series campaign to play through with 24 different races. You can finish in any position to unlock the next track, there's no collectibles on the track to worry about or fuel managements and by finishing every race it will give you a special Golden Driver's License.

You can pickup Horizon Chase Turbo on Humble Store and Steam.

I love this game. I almost sold my house for it.^_^ But my parents decided it would be better for me to buy this game with cold cash!Of course I'm joking:) But I as I said I love this game because it reminds me of top gear, which was published in snes long ago.Oh those were the days. We played top gear with my friend many hours every day. We were totally fascinated by this game at that time. That's why I like Horizon Chase Turbo game cause I'm still a fan of Top Gear:)

Is not a coincidence it reminds you of Top Gear, since it was made as a homage for it. Even the original composer made a couple of the original music remixed for it.
