An adventure about a boy with a prosthetic face and a tragic past, an unsettling episodic game and it's now complete. As of today, it's also now available on GOG as well as Steam. Note: GOG provided a key.

More about it:

Delve into an unsettling adventure following the boy with a prosthetic face and a tragic past. In the first episode, Strange Neighbors, Sally Face and his father move into an apartment filled with odd tenants and an unfortunate crime scene. Little did they know what misfortune still awaits.

Unravel the sinister mysteries of Sally's world to find the truth that lies hidden beneath the shadows.

Features:

  • Intriguing narrative will linger in your thoughts
  • Speak with the dead, using handheld video game system, the Gear Boy
  • Handcrafted by a solo dev: including art, design and music
  • Inspired by 1990's Nicktoons and personal Nightmares
  • Bizarre characters, ponies, headbanging and more

While it looks and sounds thoroughly unusual, it's quite highly rated. On Steam for example, from nearly three thousand user reviews it has an "Overwhelmingly Positive" rating so there must be something to it behind all the freaky looks. I've played a while of it myself and it certainly has a good atmosphere, the introduction before the first episode certainly has you wanting to know more.

If you don't usually like point and click styled adventures, Sally Face might win you over with the thoroughly unique and absolutely bizarre setting.

Pick it up on GOG or Steam now.

I'm happy this dark episodic adventure made it to the end!
(Yes, I'm looking at you, Kentucky Route Zero and Dead Synchronicity...)
Will soon start to play it.

Just finished episode 4 two days ago.
The game starts out as a decent murder mystery but the introduction fo the supernatural later just put me off in a way.

OK
Warning to everyone - just finished playing it.
It's ... bad.
The gameplay , the story , the art(it changes per some sequences). just goes downhill in the final episode.
If you have them all already you can play till the end but don't say i did not warn you.
