Another month, another fresh curated selection of games you can grab from Humble Choice and it looks like quite a nice selection for March.

This was previously Humble Monthly, only now it's split across different tiers and you pick the games you want to keep from a list. The different tiers all give you a Humble Store discount and access to a ton of DRM-free games in the Humble Trove, the price varies on how many games you wish to pick each month.

Here's what you can pick from in March, those in bold have Linux support:

  • AI War 2
  • Battle Chasers: Nightwar
  • EXAPUNKS
  • Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mark
  • Niffelheim
  • Turok

These are also options to pick but no actual Linux support, Steam Play may work but as with everything in Steam Play Proton there's no guarantees it will work now or in future:

  • My Friend Pedro - "Gold" rating on ProtonDB
  • Planet Coaster + "World’s Fair Pack" - Gold rating on ProtonDB
  • F1 2019 Anniversary Edition - Silver on ProtonDB
  • Death's Gambit - Silver on ProtonDB
  • 198X - Not enough reports on ProtonDB
  • Etherborn - Not enough reports on ProtonDB

Additionally, this month all subscribers on it get a sneak-peak at the upcoming One Step from Eden and a new Humble Original with Space Routine.

If any of that takes you fancy, head over to the Humble Choice website to subscribe and pick up some games for the weekend.

A solid selection this time. My Friend Pedro is also a whitelisted title.

Why is Humble Choice so much worse than Humble Monthly? I guess I'll pause again.

All of the bundle sites are going downhill. Groupees is garbage, Indie Gala - mostly garbage, Fanatical - some good bundles padded with garbage.

And now Humble Bundle has steadily been decreasing in quality and increasing in price. They are still the best, but there's only so far you can go selling AAA games for a $1.

I guess it's the problem, we keep forgetting those games cost just $12. On the other hand, I'm simply not interested in a single game from the bundle, not my type of games.

Edit 18.03.2020.
I just realized there was a weird thing going on. One of the games to choose from was Etherborn. And it was added to Trove too. So if someone chose Etherborn as one of the choices, like me, they wasted one choice, because they could have this game anyway by simply being a subscriber. Not a nice move Humble Bundle, not nice.
