Sex sells. Trying to act like there is anything to be embarrassed about here is a relic of the puritanical days. Hell, there are plenty of women who like this very kind of fan service.
As for the Sakura games themselves, Sakura Dungeon is worth the $10 if you're into Eye of the Beholder type games. The rest are fairly generic fan service ecchi and hentai VNs.
