Pick up your sword, your shovel and prepare for an almighty headbutt as Minecraft Caves & Cliffs: Part 1 has been confirmed for release on June 8.

Coming in with new mobs, you can expect to meet the Goat out and about in the wild. These harmless looking creatures wake up and choose violence, so prepare to get a swift headbutt often. Oceans will be more interesting too with the Glow Squid, that was previously exclusive to the soon to be shut Minecraft Earth. You should also keep a bucket handy, since those adorable little Axolotls will also be appearing.

There's so many new blocks coming too including the multiple types of Amethyst, Calcite, Tinted Glass, Copper Ore & Block with a weathering system to change colour, a Lightning Rod, Candle, Powder Snow, Sculk Sensor, Moss Block & Carpet, multiple types of Deepslate and more.
