You all likely know the meme that Crysis became by now. It used to bring PCs to a halt and make GPUs cry. How about the Steam Deck though? Can it run the newest version with Crysis Remastered? Yes.

This is actually amazing. I remember playing the original back before I was a full Linux user, and it really didn't work well on my PC at the time. However, it was such a great game overall to run around in. Now you get to experience the latest generation of it on a Linux handheld?! Simply magic. In total shock at how smooth the performance felt on the Steam Deck.

It's also not really the same game from a graphics perspective. According to Digital Foundry they built a very cut down version that is missing a lot to make it runnable. The Steam Deck seems to be allowing the full experience.
