The Witcher 3 got bumped up from Playable to Verified for the Steam Deck around the initial Deck release, and developer CD Projekt RED has released a statement on it now.
A game that was supposed to gain official SteamOS support back when the original Steam Machines released, with Valve showing a huge splash image on the Steam homepage to announce it coming. It was quickly removed, which Valve and CDPR stayed silent on afterwards. How things change huh?
In the announcement the developer said they're "working closely with Valve on the compatibility and performance aspects of our games on the Steam Deck. The goal is to provide the best possible Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 experience on this platform, while keeping in mind its unique hardware characteristics" and they also said not to expect any updates for their "legacy" titles like the original Witcher game.

It will be difficult for Poles to return to the Russian market. Formally, they will return, but they have lost their respect and fans completely.
Not as difficult as Russia gaining back respect.

The text of the subtitles seems a bit small for reading on a 7-inch screen. Did they add a slider to change the text size or does it still require a mod to change it?

People believe a lot of the propaganda because it confirms a lot of what they already believed. That's why it's so effective. After all, a lot of the people who make the propaganda are just regular people too, not cunning masterminds who brainwash the masses. It's something that has persisted in my country (America) for decades.
To be honest, I am a bit worried. Where I live (Austria) the politicians in charge are currently considering to ban Russian media. While I don't think that anything of value will be lost in this particular case, it's a slippery slope... We can see in Russia where it ends - where media cannot legally report about the invasion of Ukraine, because that would be "discrediting the Armed Forces"...

There must be some border line there. To give a more historically felt through example (especially for Austria), imagine there is some Himmler Media Co. running in your country. Does it deserve a ban?
In general it is of course the issue of where free speech ends and problems begin.

It is not about returns. CD Projekt and GOG thanks to Europen Union sanctions for Russia and disable SWIFT can't selling games. Well, can sell, but payment methods are blocked. So the CDP's decision is somehow forced.
There are different ways to suspend sales. It is possible for objective reasons (a problem with payment), or you can hang a populist solution, like CDPR, and poison the players further (close the store for them, refuse clans in GWINT, etc.)
Consumers will remember this, don't worry. Sony and Nintendo to return (Nintendo have already changed the price tags). Someone silently raised the price (Elden Ring). Someone just keeps quiet (Valve and others).
And everyone else is waiting for a "warm" welcome.
