UPDATE: it turns out they put it up too early and they've now taken it down. As they said on Twitter: "Earlier today we published some pages related to our upcoming parts launch with Valve. These went live earlier than we planned, so we ended up taking them down. If you did get a parts order in, we'll honor it.
Stay tuned for the real launch soon!"
Have you already broken your shiny Steam Deck or want some spares to tinker with? You're in luck, as it seems parts have now appeared over on iFixit. Looks like in some places they're selling out fast and it's not available yet in all regions, but here in the UK it all seems to be in stock — but for how long?
From what I can see they currently have
- UK charger - £24.99
- EU charger - £24.99
- Screen Adhesive - £4.96
- Battery Adhesive - £4.96
- Motherboard (No SSD included) - £289.99
- Front Plate - £24.99
- Back Plate - £24.99
- Right Bumper - £6.99
- Left Bumper - £6.99
- Speakers - £24.99
- Steam Button Rubber Membrane - £4.99
- D-pad Rubber Membrane - £4.99
- Action Button Rubber Membrane - £4.99
- Screen (64GB / 256GB) - From £59.99
- 512GB Anti-glare Screen - From £89.99
- Fan - From £19.99
So it seems right now they're missing the Battery, Thumbsticks, Face Buttons and probably other bits I forgot. So not the entire thing but plenty of it there ready and for those that might be sold out, at least you have an idea of a price for now.
Quoting: kokoko3k512GB "Screen"?I have very little interest in the Deck beyond the effect it has on Linux-native gaming in the long run, but I'm pretty sure the 512GB model has a nicer screen than the cheaper ones. Anti-glare or something. So you should read that as "Screen for the 512GB model".

Ooh, right, understood.
Too cryptic for me.
Quoting: tuubiLikewise (and that's looking good so far) although with everyone raving about how awesome and fun it is I may be starting to get tempted.Quoting: kokoko3k512GB "Screen"?I have very little interest in the Deck beyond the effect it has on Linux-native gaming in the long run
