Today there's another fresh build of Proton Experimental available, which pulls in some more bug fixes for playing Windows games on Linux and Steam Deck.
For the June 2nd update, here's what's new:
- Fix S&box not finding any games to join.
- Fix The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki Kai failing to start.
- Fix Cladun X2 displaying textures incorrectly on AMD GPUs.
- Fix We Were Here Forever hanging on exit.
- Fix Split/Second freezing on keyboard input.
- Fix LAN multiplayer in Split/Second.
- Fix Final Fantasy XIV Online launcher displaying login form below the news which required scrolling.
- Fix Mortal Kombat Komplete crashing when audio devices with long names are present.
The changelog can be seen here at any time.

- Pick a game and head to the little COG icon on the right.
- Click Properties, then Compatibility on the left.
- Make sure the tickbox is done, then select it from the dropdown.
On a Linux desktop:

As a side note, no small thanks to Proton, Sony's 'State of Play' shows Spider-Man: Remastered coming to PC August 12 while Street Fighter 6 will be out in 2023, also on Steam. I'm hoping they'll work with Proton and Linux/Proton/Deck gaming will be at 2+% Steam gaming by then.

I thought the launcher login below the news was intentional bad design by SE to fit with th bad design of the rest of their websites ;-).
