The two LEGO Marvel Super Heroes games are really good. They are fully open world cities once you're past the opening missions. An enormous amount of stuff to do.

Decided to grab this also. For my "kids" of course[1] 
, it can go with their lego technic Fast & Furious dom's charger lego kit I keep meaning to build
