It's the beginning of a fresh week so maybe you want some new games? Well, Humble Store has a huge amount discounted in their new Summer Sale that lasts until September 6th.
Going over their offers, it can obviously be pretty daunting on what to pick up so here's a few suggestions and quick-links to get more. Every 48 hours they put up a couple of quick deals too, so be sure to check back on it. Anyway, a few little suggestions to grab that work great on Linux desktop and Steam Deck too:
- Grim Dawn - 75% off (Steam Deck Playable). Easily one of the best ARPG around.
- Wasteland 3 - 67% off (Steam Deck Playable / Linux Native).
- Risk of Rain 2 - 50% off (Steam Deck Verified).
- No Man's Sky - 50% off (Steam Deck Verified).
- Noita - 50% off (Steam Deck Verified).
- Valheim - 40% off (Steam Deck Verified / Linux Native).

Didn't Square Enix sold their rights to The Embrace Group?

The Prey is marked as Steam Deck verified, but from my experience it was more playable than verified. I finished it, but there were few tweeks you need to do to have the best experience.

The Embracer Group acquired several studios from Square Enix, yes. Though there might be two explanations for this that I can think of.
First is that sale might not be final yet, bit like Elon Musk "bought" Twitter. If you look at the press release, there's purchase date: https://embracer.com/release/embracer-group-enters-into-an-agreement-to-acquire-eidos-crystal-dynamics-and-square-enix-montreal-amongst-other-assets/
Other explanation that somebody is just not up to date with what has happened. I would assume the former though.

The transaction wasn't complete until yesterday, August 26th.
It'll probably take a while for control of store listings and other things to be fully transferred over.
