Want to pick up some games made in Poland? DRM-free store GOG has a couple of nice looking themed sales going on right now.
The first in their "Made in Poland" sale, where as the name suggests, games of all sizes can be picked up from Polish developers. Some pretty nice looking deals there like 90% off The Way, 80% off Moonlighter, 70% off Children of Morta and more. That sale lasts until November 14th.
Another is their "Grand RPG Sale" that also has some good looking picks like 85% off Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition. This one lasts until November 16th.
On top of that there's a Multipublisher Sale featuring games from Nival Interactive, Raw Fury, The Irregular Corporation and Wired Productions with deals up to 85% off. This one lasts until November 16th.
Plenty of their games have Linux versions, and you can also try using the Heroic Launcher to some of them with Wine which will work quite nicely for a lot of what they have.
If you do find a good deal be sure to leave a comment.
Curious what people have more luck with, Lutris or Heroic Game Launcher? I seem to have far more luck getting things 'to just work' with Lutris.

Almost the same. While I have GOG and Epic libraries working on linux, with the exception of the F2P "Magic The Gathering Arena" and "Warframe" I see that I'm hardly playing any other game there.
Specially with the Steam Deck. On the deck my epic controls are mouse & keyboard to go straight to MTG. II also tried itch.io via Epic, but I have resizing issues that could never solve... but first.. there is a Steam backlog to clear! (famous last words).
Even old games, I prefer to launch them via Steam + Luxtorpeda (ex: OpenXCOM)
Not on topic, but Bounty Bob games are a pain in the ass!Curious what people have more luck with, Lutris or Heroic Game Launcher? I seem to have far more luck getting things 'to just work' with Lutris.
Nothing. I just download, run the installer, and have the game in my games menu....
The 800xl is what I cut my teeth on as well, recently got around to finding Bounty Bob Strikes Back on cart, and it seems much more difficult than Miner 2049er, which I played a lot of when I was a kid. Granted, maybe it is because I am old now and just suck. 😜Not on topic, but Bounty Bob games are a pain in the ass!
Oh, why? I'm still playing BB strikes back now and then.
Was my first totally-addicted game, back in the mid 80's (on real Atari 800XL), I was even dreaming of jumping Platforms....
(That one, and Boulder Dash)
(And, shame on me, I don't recognize your avatars' game.... )
If Atari owns the rights to those games, as indicated in the 50 year collection, they should do an update for the original systems and make it look like this! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNfWa4CyehEThe 800xl is what I cut my teeth on as well, recently got around to finding Bounty Bob Strikes Back on cart, and it seems much more difficult than Miner 2049er, which I played a lot of when I was a kid. I'm also not as good at it anymore as I was 30+ years ago.
But it is much harder than Miner 2049er, IMO mostly because of the jumps. You really have to learn when to release the button to jump the right distance. Miner had only one jump.
