In Of Blades & Tails you play Reik, an inquisitive member of the proud Fox Tribe. After a series of unfortunate events forces him to leave his home behind, Reik embarks on a quest to preserve the peace of the realm. Venture into the outside world and gain enough experience to fight a mysterious evil endangering the innocent and corrupting the once quiet forests with fearsome enemies.

Maybe you have a timer on your turn, like the Worms series ?
Or, they use the same mechanics than in Final Fantasy series, with the action bar filling up over time...

Let's call this "real-time turn-based combat" !

Tales of Maj'Eyal is similar in that there you can play it extremely quickly, but if you stop, the game stops. Combined with the auto-explore feature, these are games that are turn-based, but feel quite real-time.

That said, Tales of Maj'Eyal will frequently lull you into a real-time mindset, then you run into an Elite, it kicks your ass and there's a horrible temptation to rapidly hit buttons to run away - nope, you should have taken your time, realised that a teleport, a shield, or a stance-change was the better option for survival! Can't tell you how often I've died to things that I realised, belatedly, that I had defences against!
