Humble Bundle have announced that throughout this week, they will be sticking up older popular bundles for a very limited time and limited amount of purchases so keep an eye for some fun hits to stock up on.

The first is the 2K Megahits collection that contains XCOM Ultimate Edition (XCOM + XCOM 2 + Chimera Squad), X-COM Complete Pack (the classics), Borderlands 3, Civilization VI, BioShock: The Collection, Mafia: Definitive Edition, Railroad Tycoon 2 Platinum, Railroad Tycoon 3, WWE 2K Battlegrounds, CivCity: Rome, Hidden & Dangerous, Hidden and Dangerous 2, Army Men RTS and Duke Nukem Forever Collection. For this bundle they do note that some keys aren't yet available but will be restocked sometime soon.

So it's a little like Fanatical's Bundle Fest that they do each year. Seems like a nice easy way to build up your game collection this week ready for the holiday season.

Keep an eye on their Bundles Page each day for something different.

Interesting. I will wait for a Borderlands 3 bundle that includes all the DLC. 2K seem to be going for confusing names (Super Deluxe vs Ultimate) to snag people who don't do any research.

Patience is a superpower.

The problem with the typical bundle for me is that I already have half the games in it, and the bundle's inherent value is significantly diminished - The games that I'm lacking do not compensate me sufficiently for the price being requested.

XCOM games are neat overall (well, fuck enforcer, and Chimera is kinda meh -definitely a decent game, but not really XCOM for me-, but I'd advise to look into the free engine and get UFO Defense and Terror From The Depth from GOG then (about $3 for both right now).

A few of those aren't really sellers for me either : Civ6 may be good, but between the DLC and the fact I was never a Civ fan. Borderlands 3 is more of the same and if you don't have friends to play with it, several trees may just be not viable (Borderlands 1 & 2 experience tho, I could be wrong)

The Mafia definitive edition and The Bioshock one are Gold rated on Proton, tho the reports point at 30FPS and low battery life on Steam Deck.

Army Men RTS was a dream of me younger, but I guess I'd rather look onto GOG for it.

Duke Nukem Forever just shouldn't even be there. The fact 2K tries still to make money from it is... Look Duke Nukem as a series is fun and I enjoy it. The world is sleazy and all that which make the asshole you play as not just less of an asshole, but even some kind of a hero. But Duke Nukem Forever... Oh boy, it is greasy and when Duke was a hero because the universe was sleazy, imagine now Duke is now as sleazy as the universe he is in. Or worst. (I'd recommend to check Civvie's review out -and I'd advise watching a follow-up episode on the alpha leaked

For H&D? Never played it, but WW2 as a setting. Heeeeeeh, no.

It has value for some of those games (tho XCOM first contact with the player is... rough, but it's XCOM.) but then you have the negative value game in this for me... Which I believe we shouldn't allow to make money on. But that's just me.
