I'm still waiting for a key from a bundle a few months ago. It has always said coming soon. Support took several weeks for a “we can't help you” reply. And then the automatic system wanted me to tell them that the support I received was good.

I'm not sure if it is worth spending any more time on this. At this point I don't think I'll get the key at all.
I'm not sure if I made a mistake by being patient – the first weeks I simply waited and looked at the page regularly without clicking on the redeem key button that had the exhaustion message above it. Maybe I'm really late in the queue for replenished keys. What bugs me the most is that the game is still available for purchase on the normal store – I've also seen it on sale. IMO that makes them look very shady.

Thanks for the hint on the bundle!
Some of these look interesting, but I must admit, for the few free funds I do have, The Image Comic's Bundle is very tempting. Saga alone is worth the 25$. I just finished reading it up to the end of volume 9 from my local library. It's very good.

Quoting: KlaasNow and then they do run out of keys, it’s a problem any store has that sells Steam keys. Any time I’ve chased them they’ve solved it. Nothing shady about it but it sounds like you’ve fallen through the cracks somehow, so definitely chase them, you did pay after all.Quoting: Liam DaweGot a ticket number? I cannot agree to that. Either they have been selling nothing but non-existing keys for several months now or they're keeping me waiting without a real reason. Either way – contacting them seems entirely futile – you wait several weeks for a reply and then it's always “can't help you”.

Quoting: Liam Daweoffered to helpIf it requires your intervention than that does nothing to raise my opinion of them. I've been a loyal customer since the second bundle (so about 12 years), but the customer experience has been getting worse for a long time. It's easy to destroy trust and hard to regain it. The shift from direct downloads to mostly reselling Steam keys was not a good one.
The newsletters are annoying as well. It is not possible to get a single mail for each bundle. Instead you can either get nothing at all or a constant avalanche of emails (several for each bundle and a flood of subscription nagging as well).

Quoting: KlaasI get it's annoying and shouldn't happen, that is why I offered to help that you've turned down so I'll just step away at this point. It's a rare occurrence that this happens, but it does happen to any store doing Steam keys as I already mentioned, but that doesn't excuse them not automatically putting the keys into the hands of customers waiting for them. Good luck with it.Quoting: Liam Daweoffered to helpIf it requires your intervention than that does nothing to raise my opinion of them.
