Portal: Revolution is a new fan-made campaign for Valve's popular puzzle game Portal 2, and it's now available free on Steam for owners of the original. Taking place before the events of Portal 2 in the dead and decaying Aperture facility. You play as a test subject who is awoken by a personality sphere called Stirling and join his mission to find a powerful device capable of restoring Aperture to its former glory.

What do you get with it? Over 40 brand new puzzles making use of new game mechanics not seen in the original Portal 2 with:

  • Resurrected "Pneumatic Diversity Vent" element.
  • New laser cube variant.
  • Over 15 puzzles using only the blue Portal-Gun.
  • Gel Cleansing Field.

Looks like it could be a good one! I never pass up a chance to play more Portal, hoping one day Valve give us Portal 3, but big mods like this will do for now.
