You don't see many roguelites like this! KILLBEAT blends musical rhythm shooting with fast-paced action to create something that looks rather fun.

With music inspired by EDM and metal, the developers say the unique soundtrack adds a spin with catchy vocal chop melodies. The music goes along with the gameplay of course and if you manage to get a good combo going, it adds additional musical instruments to the tracks and you get some gameplay bonuses.

More about it: "Descend into the depths of Cadence Drop, a mysterious sinkhole devouring an entire city. Fight your way through monsters and bosses as you venture deeper, driven by the rhythm towards the source of the beat.

Explore procedurally generated levels with rhythm driven, skill-based gameplay. Shoot, Dash, Reload, Repeat, and Finish off your enemies on beat. Create varied builds with synergies for each run - Offence is your best defense."
