Volcanoids is a brilliant idea for a survival game where your base is a moving drill-ship, and the Interior Innovations Update allows you to make things look a lot more cozy.
More about it: Volcanoids is a base-building open-world survival shooter that replaces the boring old base with a steampunk drill. Alone or with up to 3 other crewmates, explore an ever-changing volcanic island, build out your drill, and fight hostile machines to reveal what's been hiding in the depths of the underground.
The developers are currently working on a whole new map, so this is a sort-of interim update. Adding in cosmetic devices for drillship interior, phonograph device with songs, drillship overview to hand bracer, a new weapon, Steam Workshop support for drillship designs / paint jobs and decals, new quests, new Achievements, improved enemy AI and lots of bug fixes.

Wow, that game seems to have come along leaps and bounds since I played the beta a few years back! Base defence? Melee? Totally different game!Yeah, it used to be somewhat basic with a great idea. Now it's a great idea with a whole lot of actual game.
