Old School Rally released recently and it not only looks fantastic for retro rally fans, it's also now Steam Deck Verified. Valve did the verification on the latest Proton 9, so desktop Linux users will be good to go as well!

With carefully crafted retro visuals, it looks straight out of the 90s and I love it.

The developer recently put up a roadmap of what's to come that includes custom car liveries, a photo mode, an arcade mode to race the AI, full replay and highlight reel support, a local co-op mode, Steam Workshop support and more. After release they're also looking to continue updates adding in more cars, stages and driver statistics.

Nice to see more and more games getting Steam Deck Verified so early like this. Old School Rally still has 6-10 months to go in Early Access yet.

You can buy it on Steam. It's currently in Early Access.

Good for them, but wake me up when it's done. So many games never lived up to the EA promises...

This game is already great on it's current features alone fwiw. Highly recommend trying it out even if you've been burned before. Even if all we get is the current feature set it was well worth the asking price.
