Motordoom is the latest entry in the survivor-like horde shooter genre popularised by Vampire Survivors, and this one has you do some freestyle-sports.

Quite a unique combination this one. Take down monsters with various weapons and abilities while performing tricks. All the usual mechanics you would expect in such a horde shooter with lots and lots of upgrades to make every run just that little bit different. Here you also get to earn experience by combining trick combos with kills!

It's a really cool idea, and I did quite enjoy the demo for Motordoom too. Completely over the top once it gets going. If you love action-packed games that are a bit different it's an easy purchase.

With it now released the developer mentioned they plan to add in a final level and a final boss, more skins, cards, potentially some new characters and they're also working on modding support so that could be really interesting for this one due to the combination of genres.

The developer also released a quick patch recently which fixed up some visual effects in the Linux version.

Available with Native Linux support on Steam.
