Stray Fawn Studio developers of The Wandering Village and Nimbatus have released their latest game into Early Access with Dungeon Clawler. It has Native Linux support, and while it has no Steam Deck rating yet the developer mentioned they've done extensive testing to ensure it's a good experience.

Ever lost a good amount of change to a claw machine in an arcade? I know I have. When you think "that next coin will do it!", well it's a little like that, only you won't lose so much money (it's only £8.50). Here it blends a claw machine, with a deck-builder, turn-based combat and a little bit of dungeon exploration on top. Pretty clever and unique, especially with all the different ways it will mess with you.

A little history behind its development:

"Dungeon Clawler is Stray Fawn Studio's fifth self-developed game. It started as a small side project of Micha, one of the studio's co-founders. Fueled by the passion for roguelike-games and a fondness for claw machines that they first discovered on a journey to Tokyo (and its arcades), the project grew and garnered more and more interest. It has now blossomed into a unique roguelike deckbuilding experience, combining the elements of traditional deckbuilders with an arcade-like claw machine mechanic." — Stray Fawn Studio

Gosh I love indie developers, making all kinds of smaller games that really suck you in like this.

Not the kind of game I usually buy, it looks silly and fun. I'd like to enter.
