NeoDuel: Backpack Monsters from DiceHit Games, Rogue Duck Interactive and The 4 Winds Entertainment is an inventory management battler with a creature collecting / fusing twist and a fresh content update recently went live. It has Native Linux support too.

In the latest update the developers added in a Swamp Element, a fusion of Nature and Water. They said "This new element brings unique abilities and over 10 fresh upgrades and Cosmions infused with muddy power". Plus various UI and quality of life improvements to make the game better. A Custom PvP battle mode is coming later too. They have it ready, but there's a technical challenge with IP restrictions they're working around right now.
