Techland are celebrating 10 years of Dying Light with a number of announcements, like a graphics update to the original, a few events and some big discounts.
For Dying Light they said: "Even after 10 years we are working on a new update for the game. It still looks great but we wanted to squeeze a little bit more out of it. Free for all Dying Light owners, the 10th anniversary update will increase the visual quality and will feature a remastered soundtrack."
They didn't give a date on when other than "very soon".

Both games have big discounts right now, with Dying Light 2 having its biggest discount so far since release.
Dying Light also has a few in-game events over the next few weeks, along with a free time-limited DLC you can claim on Steam. Dying Light 2 also has some special in-game rewards you can get, and a new Tower Raid permanent rogue-lite mode will be added to the game with a fresh update sometime in late February.
