VoxeLibre continues advancing towards helping you replace Minecraft with a free and open source alternative. The next release v0.88 is out now and it's a big one. Powered by Luanti (formerly Minetest) this update includes a whole lot of quality of life fixes!
Some what's new includes:
- Big improvements for Minecarts with proper physics.
- Lots of mob AI improvements.
- Water freezing.
- Improved weather system.
- Projectiles system updates making them work better than ever.
- Proper firework rockets have been added.
- New weapons, spears and hammers, have been added.
- Shields are now more reliable.
- Map generation improvements.
- A new Charcoal block was added.
