Eyes of War is a medieval eta RTS from Good Mood Games that just hit the big 1.0. It's an usual RTS where you can jump right into playing as a single character. You can play single-player or online with others. It also has Native Linux support.

It has all the usual points you have come to know and love from such an RTS. There's base-building and big battles, but the key here is in how you control everything. While you can move big groups around, you can also get up close and personal in a third-person mode to join in on the fun of the battles to try and turn the tide of war. There's even an Arena Mode which focuses on putting your third-person action skills to the test.
