GOG have launched their 2025 Spring Sale and with there's plenty of discounts for those of you who prefer the DRM free store.
So far they haven't announced any giveaways, new titles, special bundles or anything — just discounts. The announcement was super-short this time around. I know, I sound spoiled right? They don't seem to have even sent out a press email like usual and the sale launched hours ago.
Looking over what they have here's some good deals:
- The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition - 80% off.
- A Plague Tale: Innocence - 80% off.
- Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition - 70% off.
- Cyberpunk 2077 - 60% off.
- Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition - 60% off.
- Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft - 60% off.
- DREDGE - 50% off
- Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered - 25% off.
- Baldur's Gate 3 - 20% off (still the cheapest it's been).
For those of you specifically after Native Linux games. Here's a bunch that are worth looking at:
- Kathy Rain: Director’s Cut - 60% off.
- Terra Nil - 50% off.
- Rail Route - 50% off.
- Backpack Hero - 40% off.
- 3 Minutes to Midnight - A Comedy Graphic Adventure - 30% off.
- Drova - Forsaken Kin - 20% off.
See all the deals in the GOG 2025 Spring Sale. The sale ends April 2nd, 7am UTC.

So... has anyone else recently been thinking about how their whole games library is in the hands of an American company. And been reconsidering Polish GOG with that in mind.
Or just me?

As a Canadian, I view Steam/Valve more as a person. It’s not a publicly traded company and does its own thing. I doubt Valve would/will make any statement about this.
My feelings may be in the minority. So take it as you will.
I also know a lot of people down south, and they disagree with everything that is going on.
We Canadians are super stubborn though and will see this through 😂

GOG has always for me been where it's at. No DRM, i have easily 50 to 1 GOG compared to Steam. If all new game where on GOG and Steam i would never go steam. Fortunately the only games i play now are all on GOG. Only Diablo 2 Resurrected and Black Mesa aren't there yet.

For years, my friend. The current situation is not a first of its kind, and kindly reminds you to be considerate of how and where you spend your money.
